What This Desk Can Do
- Correct a factual error on any page. Point at the sentence and say what is wrong.
- Explain where a figure came from, or name the source behind a claim.
- Answer a question about an ingredient that the ingredient pages did not cover.
- Take a suggestion for a guide worth writing.
- Handle a rights, takedown or privacy request under the privacy notice.
What This Desk Cannot Do
- Anything to do with your order. No visibility of payments, addresses, tracking numbers or refunds. Not a policy choice — this site simply has no access to the seller’s systems.
- Medical advice. No dose can be suggested for you, no interaction cleared, no symptom interpreted. That is a pharmacist or a doctor, and the pharmacist guide lists what to ask.
- Stock, discounts or delivery dates. All of that lives at the checkout.
If your message is about an order, send it to the seller instead, using the confirmation email from your purchase. The shipping page sets out what to include and how long each stage normally takes. Forwarding it here only adds a day.
Reporting An Error Well
Corrections get priority over everything else in the inbox. A message that includes the page address, the sentence as it currently reads, and what it ought to say instead can usually be acted on the same day. A message that says a page is wrong somewhere takes a week and often ends in a reply asking for the same three things.
